What are the current hours of operation?
Sales and technical support are available and operating during normal business hours.
You can contact us via phone, email, and online website chat, however, we ask that you be patient if you experience delays with a response. We will get to you as soon as we can.
Can I still pick up my order at Stinger Australia?
Currently, in-person pickup is suspended for the safety of our employees and customers.
When will out of stock items return into our warehouse?
Currently, we are experiencing shortages of certain stock items from suppliers around the world.
This means at certain times unfortunately we can not give you stock availability and there may be delays.
We are working as hard as we can to get items back into stock but unfortunately, this is part of the current pandemic situation.
Why is my order shipment delayed?
Unfortunately, due to border closures in victoria and other parts of the country, there have been delays with shipments arriving in ‘normal’ times.
This is outside of our control so we ask that you be patient when waiting for your order to arrive.
